Find the bottleneck, goals, constraints and success measures.

Code executors assist Factory; EAE coordinates bounded company work.
Tests, human approvals, observed outcomes and learning.
Investigate a business problem. Read the full documented analysis, inspect its sources, then test the conclusion.

Ask a business question. The full report is the primary result: research, evidence, alternatives, economics and falsification. Then inspect the implementation architecture.
The local mode produces a transparent working memo, not web research. The recorded example shows the full report format. Real Sol/retrieval requires an approved public backend.
Assumptions for a fictional company. Change them to challenge the proposed workflow.
Run a question to see the actual local processing steps, what was checked, and what was not.
Run the CRM scenario, then change a constraint. The system will show what the company should reuse, build and keep human-controlled.
A decision is just the first page. Read the complete process research, check the sources, examine economics and contrary evidence, then see which capabilities the company might need.
The full report justifies the capability plan below. Factory may build missing software; EAE runs only admitted, company-authorized work. This prototype executes none of those business effects.
Run a scenario to reveal reusable systems, build gaps, EAE actions, human checkpoints and the exact line between a proposal and real execution.
Run an analysis first. Then challenge its assumptions — not just its wording.
One governed production environment, multiple specialized capabilities, distinct product owners and a continuous evidence loop.
Defines outcomes, priorities and non-delegable decisions.
Routes work, capacity and capability ownership.
Builds, validates and evolves software products.
Accept business results and feed back new work.
Real software production is a cycle of bounded intent, responsible execution, independent verification and receiver acceptance.
A meaningful business job and clear acceptance criteria.
Product Truth, work claims and safe authority.
Choose existing tools, specialists and resources.
Implement a bounded change, not just a proposal.
Tests, review, exact revisions, risk-adapted checks.
Actual receiver and runtime evidence, not just green CI.
Stop only the affected operation, preserve traceable state, change strategy when retries cannot solve the cause, and continue unrelated safe work. Failure is an input to the next iteration.
This prototype shows the business-to-system method in an honest local preview. No fake agents, pre-recorded tool runs or invented background processes.
Factory is the software producer, not the owner of every business product. Each receiver defines what successful delivery means.
Separate observed outputs, version-controlled designs, bounded demonstrations and anything still unverified.
A separately published, inspectable public example. It is not the private Factory code or a commercial-client deployment.
Open public referenceThe production system has recorded execution sessions and merged engineering changes. This preview does not connect to private live telemetry.
Operational evidence · separate from product acceptanceEvery local run can produce a dated receipt, a deterministic comparison and an exportable decision report. No external sources are implied.
Not every agent gets to act. Scope, evidence, ownership and independent readback come before protected effects.
In this standalone HTML, analysis runs locally. Once a qualified same-origin LLM endpoint is connected, explicit visitor consent is required before sending a fictionalized question. Neither mode grants access to private Factory or client systems.
Public analysis cannot approve payments, send business messages, write to a CRM or access private company knowledge. A future server-side LLM call is permitted only after separate budget and access admission.
The offline preview uses disclosed fixed rules. Zero external source retrieval means there are no verified external citations or measured ROI claims.
Factory can deliver a change, but product owners decide what counts as a complete, accepted business result.
Product strategy, AI systems architecture, execution orchestration and engineering outcomes, led by one founder with AI-assisted tooling.
I began in August 2026 with ordinary ChatGPT while working long shifts as a truck driver. The work evolved into a multi-project, AI-assisted Factory. My role is product owner, architect and integrator: framing outcomes, directing models and tools, connecting systems and checking delivery. I do not claim to have handwritten every line.
The ambition goes beyond coding assistance: start with a business outcome, determine reusable versus missing capabilities, produce necessary software and operate within company-owned authority. That complete product remains a roadmap, not a claim of a fully deployed autonomous enterprise.
Factory is a real ongoing engineering system, but execution velocity, complete product acceptance, return on investment and uninterrupted productivity must be measured independently. This application is a bounded visual and interaction prototype. The public LLM service, full EAE runtime and customer effects remain unconnected here.
